Ensita's Zero-Data Promise

Our organization is built on a fundamental philosophy: true digital sovereignty requires absolute privacy. As outlined in our core mission, we guarantee that no user data is collected, processed, transmitted, or stored by Ensita. Your data stays exactly where it belongs—with you.

1. Introduction

Ensita is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing free, open-source software that respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by Ensita across platforms, including the Apple App Store.

2. Data Collection and Processing

In accordance with our Zero-Data Promise, we have designed our applications from the ground up to function entirely on your device.

No Personal Information: We do not collect, require, or request any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number).
No Usage Tracking or Analytics: We do not monitor how you use the app, track your interactions, or collect device identifiers or crash logs.
No Location Data: We do not track or store your location data. Any features requiring location access process that data strictly on your device.

Because we do not process or store any user data, there is no information for us to handle, secure on servers, or potentially leak.

3. Third-Party Access and Sharing

Since Ensita does not collect any data, it is impossible for us to share, sell, or rent your information to third parties. Our applications do not include third-party tracking frameworks, advertising SDKs, or analytics services.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We cannot delete your data because we do not have it. All data generated or utilized by our applications remains stored locally on your device or within your personal cloud storage (e.g., Apple iCloud), fully under your control. You can permanently delete this local data at any time by uninstalling the application or managing your cloud storage settings.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Zero-Data Promise makes our applications universally safe. Because we do not collect any personal data from anyone, we inherently comply with children's privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our applications are safe for users of all ages.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to clarify our practices or comply with new App Store guidelines. However, our foundational Zero-Data Promise will never change. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Effective Date."
